AOG Heliservices is a company that effectively covers all aspects of Helicopter Sales, Maintenance, Overhaul and Rebuilds. Our hangar is sixty-five hundred square feet with complete service centre facilities for Bell, MD Helicopters and Schweizer.

History: Falcon Helicopters Inc. was a Helicopter Charter Operation conducting Charter, Student Training and Aerial Application (Chemical Spraying). During Falcon's operational existence, approximately 125 to 150 students were trained. A large area of Agricultural, Forestry and Military Ranges were sprayed.

After approximately 5 years of this type of operation and an overabundance of trained pilots, along with a poor economical turn in the Canadian Helicopter Industry, the company was sold.

After Falcon Helicopters was sold, Aviation Overload Inc. was formed and also AOG Aircraft and Engines Services Ltd. Aviation Overload was strictly a Helicopter Maintenance facility and AOG Aircraft and Engines Services Ltd. was strictly a Helicopter Sales Company.

There was a large need between the two companies as far as Parts and Service Centers were concerned, so the two companies joined as Call 4 Heliparts Inc. In order to streamline the operation, Call 4 Heliparts Inc. purchased all of the assets of Aviation Overload Inc. and AOG Aircraft and Engines Services Ltd. to form one combined company, which has placed all the services and facilities under one roof and under one name: AOG Heliservices Inc.
