Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.  Items not quoted are considered a no quote.  We take pride in providing same day quotes to our customers and potential customers.  Same day quotes on in stock items can be shipped same day providing you with the best service possible.  End use certification and/or applicable export license may be required prior to acceptance of Purchase Order.  Freight charges are additional costs and do not form part of the quote but will be billed separately at the time of shipping and invoicing of your order.

MINIMUM ORDERS

We have a minimum Purchase Order requirement of $50.00 prior to shipping out parts.

RETURNS/RMA’S

A return material authorization must be issued and all certification documents must be returned with the item before it will be accepted and any credit issued.  Depending on the part and/or if it was installed on the aircraft, a re-stock and inspection charge may apply. There are some instances where vendors/manufacturers will not accept parts that have been removed from the sealed packaging and therefore cannot be returned for credit.

CORE RETURNS

Shipments must be prepaid to AOG including all applicable duties and Taxes. All cores must be accompanied by a signed removal tag and where appropriate CHR’s. Cores received without this info will be treated as a core not received. Core bill backs may be charged when additional items are required over and above the standard overhaul of the item to a maximum of the core value indicated on the original invoice. For prepaid core charges, core credit will only be issued once the cores have been received correctly including all necessary docs and an inspection has been performed. Cores not received after 30 days will be subject to the full core charge.

EXPORT RULES AND LIMITATIONS

Items sold may be considered controlled goods and/or controlled technology. These items may or may not be eligible for sale to a foreign entity without registration in the Controlled Goods Directorate or a valid State Department Export License. It is up to the purchaser to determine the applicability of the part and to obtain necessary authorizations, licenses or approvals. Items known to be controlled goods can only be controlled goods can only be purchased once an End Use Certificate has been delivered and confirmed.
