| All parts purchased from AOG come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty will be void if the part is altered, disassembled or damaged while in your care. For a part to be returned for consideration of warranty or replacement, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must first be issued by AOG. The RMA number and all relevant documentation must accompany all parts shipped back to us. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to our facility. If after evaluation, it is determined that the item in question has a manufacturer’s defect, in most cases, compensation will be provided for the return shipping.
