AOG Heliservices Inc. warrants that the work provided by AOG Heliservices Inc. will be free from defects in workmanship for the warranty period specified below. A defect is defined as the failure of a component or part to function in accordance with the applicable airworthiness authority or OEM’s requirements due to AOG Heliservices’ workmanship. In the case of new parts used by AOG Heliservices Inc. during an overhaul or repair, the warranty is covered by the OEM’s new part warranty.
This warranty shall be effective during the following warranty periods:

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Customer is required to provide AOG Heliservices Inc. with written notice of a claimed defect, including reasonable proof that the defect is covered by the warranty, within thirty (30) days after the defect becomes apparent, and within the original warranty period.
AOG Heliservices Inc. reserves the right to request additional information from the customer to verify the claim. AOG Heliservices Inc. will assist the customer by administering new parts warranty claims with the OEM on behalf of the customer in accordance with the OEM warranty policy.
