WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
AOG Heliservices Inc. warrants that the work provided by AOG Heliservices Inc. will be free from defects in workmanship for the warranty period specified below.
A defect is defined as the failure of a component or part to function in accordance with the applicable airworthiness authority or OEM’s requirements due to AOG Heliservices’ workmanship. In the case of new parts used by AOG Heliservices Inc. during an overhaul or repair, the warranty is covered by the OEM’s new part warranty.
This warranty shall be effective during the following warranty periods:

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Customer is required to provide AOG Heliservices Inc. with written notice of a claimed defect, including reasonable proof that the defect is covered by the warranty, within thirty (30) days after the defect becomes apparent, and within the original warranty period.
AOG Heliservices Inc. reserves the right to request additional information from the customer to verify the claim.
AOG Heliservices Inc. will assist the customer by administering new parts warranty claims with the OEM on behalf of the customer in accordance with the OEM warranty policy.
Upon confirmation of a potential claim, component must be returned to AOG Heliservices Inc. in the original packaging within 30 days of notification in order to be considered under warranty with the following information:

CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE
This warranty is extended to the Customer that originally contracted AOG Heliservices Inc. to perform the overhaul or repair service. This warranty shall not apply to:
WARRANTY LIMITATION AND EXCLUSIONS
The obligation of AOG Heliservices under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the parts or components which failed due to defects in AOG Heliservices Inc. workmanship.
The warranty does not include the costs of parts or labor required for the disassembly, reassembly or testing of the major assembly in which the defect occurred. This warranty does not include: damages resulting from a breach of contract or warranty, damage to airframe or other property, costs or expense of operation of the component or other equipment, loss of the use of the aircraft, lost profits or revenue, cost of capital, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, downtime costs, collection costs, attorney fees, damages of any type, or claims of Customer’s buyers or other third parties for such damages or any other loss, claim or demand of any description.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

- the identity of the Goods and Services involved, including, if applicable, part number, lot id, serial number, title, revision number, and the quantity claimed to be defective;
- The manufacturer’s serial number of the aircraft with respect to which the Goods and Services was purchased, if applicable;
- The date the claimed Defect became apparent to the Buyer;
- A description of the claimed Defect and the circumstances pertaining thereto;
- The original documentation attached to the Goods and Services,
- The total flight hours (and cycles if applicable) accrued at the time the Defect became apparent to the Buyer
- Visual evidence of the Defect acceptable to AOG Heliservices (e.g. photographs).
Components for which a warranty claim has been approved by AOG Heliservices Inc., AOG Heliservices Inc. shall:
- Reimburse all costs of transporting the defective Goods and Services from the Buyer to AOG's designated facility and shall assume all costs of transportation of the repaired, corrected or replacement Spare back to the Buyer;
- Assume all costs incurred for the repair, replacement, revision, rework or adjustment of the defective Goods and Services but will not include any of the Buyer’s costs for installation or removal of the defective Goods and Services;
- Make the repair, replacement, revision, rework or adjustment of the defective Goods and Services with reasonable care and dispatch.
- In replacing a defective Spare, AOG Heliservices Inc. may supply a repaired or overhauled unit modified to a status identical to, or higher than, the defective Spare.
- If a warranty claim is denied, the component shall be returned to the Customer at their expense, including the cost of disassembly and reassembly to disclose the claimed defect and the cost of preparation of any technical report at AOG Heliservices Inc. current applicable hourly rate.
CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE
This warranty is extended to the Customer that originally contracted AOG Heliservices Inc. to perform the overhaul or repair service. This warranty shall not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear and the need for regular maintenance and overhaul;
- Altered or repaired parts outside of AOG Heliservices Inc. facility;
- Unapproved modifications or changes;
- Use of unapproved and/or uncertified spare parts;
- Operation beyond purpose for which Goods and Services have been certified;
- Defect resulting from the misuse of Goods and Services;
- Defect resulting from an accidental break of Goods and Services;
- Costs associated with test and overhaul at times prescribed in applicable manuals;
- Has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or damage from the elements
